高效液相色谱法测定二妙丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Abstract
Objective To establish the method for detemining the content of berberine hydrochloride in Ermiao Wan by HPLC.Methods Diamonsil ODS1 C18 column was used with acetonitrile-0.1％ phosphoric solution (50 ∶ 50, 0.1 g sodium laurglsulfate add in each 100 mL solution) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength of 265 nm and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.138 6～2.772 μg for berberine hydrochloride and linear equation was Y =2 572.354X + 79.851, r =0.999 7.The average recovery was 98.67％ and the related standard deviation (RSD) was 1.26％ (n =6).Conclusion This method was simple and accurate, and the reduplication of the result was good, which can provide scientific quantitative analysis method of berberine hydrochloride in Ermiao Wan.关键词
