摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of loganin content in Jingjie Tablet. Methods The column was Diamonsil C18(250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile -water(15: 85) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the detecting wavelength was at 236 nm and the temperature was 40 ℃. Results The linear range of loganin was 0. 04- 1.00 μg( r=0. 999 9) and the average recovery rate was 99.79％, RSD = 0.69％ (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, highly sensitive and accurate with good repeatability, which can be used for the quality control of Jingjie Tablet.关键词
