Abstract
Objective To establish a content determination method of octoxynol-9 in biological adhesive for external use by HPLC. Methods The Shimadzu VP-ODS chromatographic column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol-water(90∶10)and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detecting wavelength was 276 nm. Results The calibration curves were linear within the range of 1.02 - 24.48 μg( r = 0.999 6). The average recovery rate was 99.06%, RSD was 1.14% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate, rapid and reproducible, which can be used for the determination of octoxynol- 9 in biological adhesive for external use.关键词
