"基于中风痉挛性瘫痪患者报告的临床结局评价量表"性能评价的初步研究
Preliminary Study on Performance Evaluation of "Serf-Evaluating Instrument Based on Patient Reported Outcome for Apoplexy Spastic-Paralysis Patients"

Abstract
Objective To develop the "self-evaluating instrument based on Patient Reported Outcomes for apoplexy spastic-paralysis patients" and to examine the performance evaluation. Methods It is based on the acceptance rate, completion rate and time consuming to assess the feasibility of the instrument.Cronbach's a coefficient was used to test internal consistency reliability, and split-half reliability was also been done. The validity was assessed by content validity, criterion-related validity and construct validity.The responsibility was measured by the difference from the apoplexy spastic-paralysis tested for two times.Results The Cronbach's a coefficients were above 0.87, and the split-half reliability coefficients were from 0.90 to 0.94, which suggested that the scale has perfect reliability. The analysis of criterion-related validity through Ashworth Scale and SS-QOL Scale indicated that the validity is accord with the standard. Factor analysis and clustering analysis showed that the outcome was consistent with the forecast of three domains. The result of responsibility showed the scale could reflect the change of patients' health state, viz.the responsibility is good. Conclusion It was confirmed that the "self-evaluating instrument based on Patient Reported Outcomes for apoplexy spastic-paralysis patients" was good performance, which was the bases of PRO instrument practice.关键词
