抽动障碍中医辨证治疗及其与IgE的关系

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tourette syndrome (TS) treated with TCM based on syndrome differentiation and probe its relationship with IgE. Method One hundred children with TS were divided into Gankang Fengdong type, Pixu Gankang type and Yinxu Fengdong type and treated with TCM.The total IgE of both TS children and the control children were measured. Result Afer TCM treatment, the total effective of Gankang Fengdong type was 84.78％ (39/46), the total effective of Pixu Gankang type was 90％ (9/10), the total effective of Yinxu Fengdong type was 92.58％ (38/44). The level of IgE of patients was lower than that of the control group (P＞0.05). Conclusion TCM treatment of TS based on syndrome differentiation has good effect. IgE level of TS is slightly lower than normal.关键词
