加拿大一枝黄花不同部位酚类化合物的含量测定
Determination of Phenolic Compounds from Different Fractions of Solid-go Canadensis

Abstract
Objective To develop the method for determination of phenolic compounds from different fractions of Solidago Canadensis. Methods Contents of phenolic compounds were determined by HPLC. The absorption was set at 360 nm and analysis was carried out at 30 ℃ on an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse SB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water, using a gradient program and the flow rate was kept at 1.0 mL/min. Results Contents of phenolic compounds in flower were higher than those in other fractions. Conclusion The developed HPLC assays were effective, accurate and reliable, and could be readily utilized for determination of phenolic compounds from different fractions of Solidago Canadensis.关键词
