A study on the Promotion of Regional Innovation Capability of Underdeveloped Areas Based on Network Perspective——A Case of Huang-Huai Region in Henan Province

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the formation conditions of regional innovation capacity and the elements of regional innovation network, this paper studied the main problems of regional innovation network in underdeveloped areas , taking the Huang-huai region in Henan province as a example, and found the main reason for the low capacity of regional innovation including the general absence of innovation subject, the lack of innovative resource, the lack of relationship pipeline, etc.This article considers that only by actively improving the main functions of the various types of innovation, enriching various network resources, strengthening cooperation between innovative subjects in underdeveloped areas, the development of regional innovation networks can be accelerated, the capability of regional innovation farthest can be promoted.关键词
