大鼠舌癌癌变过程中琥珀酸脱氢酶的表达变化

Abstract
Objective: To observe the different expression of Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) during oral carcinogenesis, analyze the relationship between the abnormal expression of SDH, and the occurrence and development of oral carcinogenesis. Method: Real-time quantitative PCR was employed to detect the gene expression of SDH in 38 rat tongue carcinogenesis specimens induced by 4-nitroquinoline 1-oxide. Result: with the progress of tongue carcinogenesis, the expression of SDH was down-regulated, in normal, Mild epithelial dysplasia、 Moderate epithelial dysplasia, severe epithelia] dysplasia and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). There was significant differences between normal and Moderate epithelial dysplasia、severe epithelial dysplasia and SCC,P <0.01 or P <0.05).Them was a significant correlation between the decreased expression levels of SDH gene and histopathological grade (P <0.01). Conclusion: The down expression of SDH gene may be correlated to the occurrence and the development of oral carcinoma, suppressed Tricarboxylic acid cycle might in the development or progression of oral cancer.关键词
