探讨丙氨酸氨基转移酶IFCC法检测试剂中加入5'-磷酸吡哆醛对结果的影响

Abstract
Objective To study alanine aminotransferase detect reagent with pyridoxal-5'-phosphoric acid. Methods Used IFCC primary reference procedures for the detect of alanine aminotransferase. Measurement of catalytic activity concentra tions of according to method by alanine aminotransferase detect reagent with or without pyridoxal-5'-phosphoric acid. Results As compared 22 tests the concentrations detected by alanine aminotransferase detect reagent with or without pyridoxal-5 ' -phosphoric acid ,the regression equation was Y= 0. 854X＋1. 305 9 ,R2 = 0. 975 8. But there were some difference between the method by alanine aminotransferase detect reagent with pyridoxal-5'-phosphoric acid and without pyridoxal5 ' -phosphoric acid (P＜O. 05 ). Conclusion The relativity between alanine aminotransferase detect reagent with or without pyridoxal-5'-phosphoric acid was well and the concentration detected by alanine aminotransferase reagent with pyridoxal5'-phosphoric acid was higher than the reagent without pyridoxal-5'-phosphoric acid about 20％.关键词
