Abstract
Objective To study the effect of smecta enema combined consumption of millet and carrot in the treatment of infant diarrhea. Methods 160 cases, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 80 cases in eacht group, control group was given antibiotics, rehydration, correction of acid, such as regulating the treatment of gastrointestinal flora, the treatment group were treated as the control group, added the use of smecta enema combined consumption of millet and carrot. Through clinical observation, dioctahedral millet and carrot up enema combined treatment of infantile diarrhea and hospital treatment. Results The treatment group and the control group were 93.75％ efficiency and 73.75％. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P＜0. 05 ), the main symptoms and signs of treatment group disappeared significantly shorter than the control group. Conclusion Smecta enema combined consumption of millet carrot treatment for inffantile diarrhea could shortened the course of treatment, improved efficacy, could be used as an alternative administration for infant diarrhea.关键词
