Progress in the development and immunogenicity improvement of DNA vaccine against chronic HCV infection

Abstract
More than 170 million people are currently affected by chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection worldwide. Currently,there is no vaccine available. There are many HCV experimental vaccines developed and progressed recently. Here, we would discuss strategies of enhancing immunogenicity of DNA vaccine and review some progress towards development of DNA vaccine against chronic HCV infection.关键词
