口服布洛芬治疗早产儿PDA 40例临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe therapeutic effect and safety of oral ibuprofen for patent ductns arteriosus (PDA) in preterm infants.Methods 40 preterm infants with PDA were orally given 10 μg· kg-1 ·d-1 of ibuprofen for consecutive 3 days. Before and after treatment,blood mutine examination, liver and renal functions and electrolytes of the preterm infants were examined, and echocardiography was reexamined after treatment. Results Of 34 preterrn infants with closed ductus arteriesus, 1 preterm infant was complicated with pulmonary hypertension. Before and after treatment, in PLT, serum levels of creatinine, urea nitrogen of the preterm infants there were no significant differences (t =0. 113, 0. 957, 0. 342 respectively, all P ＞ 0. 05 ). The curative rate of ibuprofen for PDA of preterm children was 89.47％, and the effective rate was 94.74％. Conclusion After oral administration of ibuprofen for treatment of PDA, the preterm infants had no bleeding, liver and kidney dysfunctions and vomiting, abdominal distension and other gastrointestinal symptoms, but its long-term prognosis and changes in pharmacokinetics need to be studied further.关键词
