Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect and safety of gemcitabine combined with high intensity focused ultrasound( HIFU ) treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods: 64 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into group A ( HIFU only )and group B( Gemcitabine + HIFU ), the effect、clinical benefit rates and adverse reactions were compared. Results: The effective rates in group A and group B were 43.8％ and 75.0％ respectively( P ＜0. 05 ). The clinical benefit rates in group A and group B were 56. 3％ and 84.4％ respectively( P ＜0. 05 ). Survival time of group B were longer than group A;There was no significant difference of adverse reactions between the two groups( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Therapy of Gemcitabine combined with HIFU was more effective than HIFU only in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.关键词
