Abstract
Cleft lip with or without cleft palate (CL/P) is one of the most common congenital deformity which is considered as a combination factors of genetic and environment. More risked genes have been found under the great development of the molecular genetics. This context is a review on the novest CL/P-linked research about the locus of the risk candidate genes on the chromosomes.关键词
