Abstract
Objective To discuss the effects of nursing intervention on reducing adverse reactions during fluorescein angiography.Methods Totally 240 patients underwent fundus fluorescein angiography were selected and divided into observation group and control group.Routine care was provided to patients in control group while nursing intervention was provided to patients in observation group during fluorescein angiography. The adverse reactions in both groups of patients and their cooperation degrees were analyzed statistically. Results The number of patients who had adverse reaction was fewer in observation group than that in control group ( 15 cases vs. 29 cases,P ＜ 0.05 ). The patients in observation group were more cooperative than those in control group. Conclusion Adverse reactions can be reduced to some extent by nursing intervention during fundus fluorescein angiography, therefore, nursing intervention is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
