咸水结冰灌溉与覆膜对滨海盐土水盐动态的影响
Effect of Freezing Irrigation with Saline Water and Covering on the Water and Salt Dynamic of Coastal Saline Soil

Abstract
Based on the mechanism of water desalinization by freezing and thawing processes, a field experiment was conducted to investigate seasonal water and salt dynamics of coastal saline soil from ice melting to rainy season. The soil was irrigated with freezing saline water in winter and surface covered with plastic film in the following spring. The period selected was critical for seed germination and plant growth. The results showed that freezing irrigation with saline water reduced salt content and increased soil moisture content in surface soil in early stage. However, soil moisture content was lowered and salt accumulated rapidly due to windy and dry weather in spring. No significant differences were observed among the treatments in and after May. Mulching film effectively prevented water evaporation and salt accumulation in surface soil in spring.The soil moisture contents of T4 (0 m3/hm2 +cover) and T5 (1 350 m3/hm2 +cover) were 10. 14% and 16.15% greater than CK (0 m3/hm2) and T2 (1 350 m3/hm2) , and EC was 38.63% and 36.82% less, respectively, in April 7, 2010. However, pH was significantly increased by freezing irrigation and filming treatments. To conclude, freezing irrigation with saline water in winter combined with mulching film in spring can provide suitable soil environment for plant growth. But, increased soil pH and poteintial soil alka lization may have some detrimental effects to plants.关键词
