Analysis of 508 Cases of Drug Counseling Service in Our Hospital

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the state of drug couseling service in our hospital, in order to improve the quality of pharmaceutical service.METHODS: 508 cases of drug counseling records in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS: Doctors and nurses were the main groups of the counseling, and the drug information needs of patients were constantly increasing.The type of drugs involved mainly were anti-infective agents, endocrine system drugs, digestive system drugs and cardiovascular drugs.The main contents of counseling included drug selection, dosage and usage, drug use for special group,name and composition of drugs, skin test, etc.CONCLUSION: The development of drug counseling service can improve the level of rational drug use.关键词
