广西成人体重异常的影响因素分析
Analysis on Relative Influencing Factors of Abnormal Weight in Guangxi

Abstract
Objective To identify the relative risk factors of abnormal body mass index and understand the prevalence of overweight and obesity in adulthood in Guangxi, providing basis for making stategies of controlling and treatment. Methods A cross-sectional survey with stratified cluster random sampling method was performed. All residents over 18 years were selected to measure height and weight and waist circumference in the cross-sectioned epidemiological diabetes investigation in 5 cities in Guangxi. 34 737 persons were enrolled in this study. Results The rates of overweight,obesity of the general population of Guangxi adults were 31.30％ ,6.90％ ,and the standardized rates were 15.98％ ,3.28％,respectively. Multinomial logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting low body weight were the diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, plasma triglyceride, etc. Influencing factors of overweight were HDL, LDL, smoking, etc.lnfluencing of obesity were HDL,LDL,HOMA-β etc. Conclusion The rates of overweight and obesity of Guangxi adults increased and kept at a relatively high level over the past. Abnormal factors alter weight conditions. It is very important to strengthen health education,maintain healthy weight in Guangxi population.关键词
