Energy-balancing Protocol for Multicast in Wireless Sensor Networks
摘要
Abstract
An energy-balancing multicast routing algorithm is proposed for a WSN scenario, in which the sink node is probably far away from the monitoring area. This algorithm has two steps ..in the first step ,each node in the forwarding area contends for relaying packets by setting its timer according to its residual energy and the distance to the access point;in the second step, a multicasting tree rooting from access point is constructed among nodes in the multicast area,and nodes in this tree updating their parent nodes according to the residual en ergy of their parent candidates.关键词
