CAPN1基因在寿光鸡群体中的遗传变异分析
Genetic Variation Analysis of CAPN1 Gene in Shouguang Chicken

Abstract
PCR - SSCP method was used to detect the polymorphism of CAPN1 gene in Shouguang chicken,and its relationship with some meat quality traits of Shouguang chicken was also analyzed. Three genotypes AA, AB and BB were detected at CE5 locus. Frequencies of three genotypes were 0. 266, 0. 520 and 0. 214, respectively. Frequencies of allele A and B were 0. 524 and 0. 476, respectively. Three genotypes AA, AB and BB were detected at CE8 locus. Frequencies of three genotypes were 0.378, 0. 510 and 0. ll2,respectively. Frequencies of allele A and B were 0. 633 and 0. 367, respectively. Statistical analysis indicated that the CE5 locus showed a significant effect on intramuscular fat content and cooking loss of leg muscle (P＜0.05). The CE8 locus showed a significant effect on cooking loss of chest muscle (P＜0.05).关键词
