独活寄生汤加减配合牵引推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with traction-manipulation to treat the herniated lumbar disc.Methods All the 126 patients with herniated lumbar disc were randomly divided into test group treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with traction-manipulation and control group with traction-manipulation only, the curative effects and the changes of VAC were measured.Result The effective rate in test group was 92.1％, and in control group 79.4％(P＜0.05);the marks of VAS in both groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P＜0.01),and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment is effective therapy for the herniated lumbar disc, which can obviously relieve the symptoms and elevate the lives quality is worth to use in clinic.关键词
