Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reaction induced by Mannan glycopeptides injection in order to provide reference for rational use of Mannan glycopeptides injection and the prevention of adverse drug reactions (ADR).METHODS: Retrieved from Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, and Chinese Scientific and Technical Periodicals Database, ADRs induced by mannan glycopeptides published in domestic journals from 2000 to 2010 were collected and analyzed in terms of general information of patients, drug use, the occurrence time of ADR, and clinical manifestations.RESULTS: 57 ADR cases induced by mannan glycopeptides had been collected without gender difference.Most ADR appeared within 30 min after administration.Main clinical manifestations were chest distress and tachypnea.Severe ADR was anaphylactic shock and there were 4 death cases.CONCLUSION: Mannan glycopeptide injection may induce serious ADR, which should be paid especial attention during application.ADR induced by Mannan glycopeptide injection should be disposed if it appears.关键词
