再生障碍性贫血患者幼红巨噬细胞黏附蛋白基因表达的探讨

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of erythroblast macrophage protein (EMP) in aplastic anemia patients and its clinical implications. Methods Bone marrow mononuclear cell and peripheral blood mononuclear cell were collected from 18 aplastic anemia patients before and after therapy. And the expression of EMP in these samples were analyzed hy using RT-PCR. The expression of EMP in mononuclear cells from 10 healthy donors were also analyzed. Results The mRNA levels of EMP in 18 patients with aplastic anemia were lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).And the expression of EMP were upregulated upon therapy in aplastic anemia pateints.Conclusion EMP maybe a useful biomarker in the diagnosis and therapeutic effects evaluation of aplastic anemia.关键词
