直线型缝合器在右半结肠切除术中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of linear staplers in the right hemicolectomy. Methods Clinic data of 40 ascending colon cancer patients which underwent right hemicolectomy from May. 2006 to May. 2008 , All of them were divided into two groups , Group A was cut and closed with linear staplers , and Group B was cut and closed hand-sewn,the following parameters were recorded : first post-operation flatus, abdominal infections and bowel anastomotic complications. Results Two groups had no significantly difference in first post-operation flatus, fistula, anastomotic stenosis and postoperative bleeding. But the incidences of abdominal infection and operation time was lower than Group B. Conclusion Linear staplers has the advantages of complete cutting, safe closure ,lower abdominal infection rate and shorter operative time in the process of right hemicolectomy.关键词
