摘要
Abstract
Objective To probe into the effect of early nursing intervention on jaundice for premature infants. Methods A total of 108 premature infants section in department of gynecology were selected. And they were randomly divided into 4 groups : A group( enema) ,B group( massage) , C group( enema ＋ massage) and D group( control) according to the birth order 27 cases each. Routine neonatal nursing and phototherapy ( blue light) were carried out for both group newborns. Besides that premature infants of intervention group were added with enema.massage and enema ＋ massage. Jaundice continuous days , phototherapy days and incidence of hyperbilirubinemia were be observed and recorded. Results The premature infants in enema ＋ massage group that was lower than enema group,massage group and control group significantly( P ＜ 0. 05 ) , including jaundice continuous days, phototherapy days and incidence of hyperbilirubinemia. Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing intervention can lower the icterus index of neonates , reduce incidence of hyperbilirubinemia.关键词
