Abstract
A new method for the synthesis of RDX was studied with 1,3,5-tripropionyl-triazaine as raw material and N2O5/HNO3 as nitrating agent. Many factors such as the concentration of nitrating agent, ratio of reactant, reaction temperature and time were investigated. Results showed that under the molar ratio of N2O5 and HNO3 1:10, the molar ratio of N2O5 and 1,3,5-tripropionyl-triazaine 6:1, reaction temperature 45℃ and reaction time 1 h, the yield of the RDX was up to 92.7 % with 98.5 % purity.关键词
