皮肤软组织扩张术在头部整形修复中的应用
Effect of Skin and Soft Tissue Expansion Plastic Expansion on Head Soft Tissue Injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the head skin and soft tissue expansion on head soft Tissue injury, and the ways of preventing complications. Methods Twenty four cases of scalp cicatricial alopecia, head tumor, and congenital alopecia, expander were treated for skin and soft tissue expansion. The size, number, shape and embedded methods were detened according to the specific situation, lesions area were repair with secondary flap replacement. Results Of total 24 cases, 1 case of tenation due to severe infection incision surgery,22 cases with lesions of the regional were completely repaired with flap, 1 case were repaired mainly. All of the cases were followed up more than half a year, and the effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Skin and soft tissue expansion is a good and easily extended methods in treatment of head lesions.关键词
