区域用水结构演变规律与调控对策研究
Study on the Evolution Law of Water Utilization Structure and Regulating Approach in Yulin City

Abstract
China has serious water shortage because of low efficiency of water use, water pollution and unreasonable water utilization structure in the past years. With the economic development and population growth, it is necessary to adjust the structure of water consumption. In this paper, we take Yulin City as an example to analyze the evolution law of water utilization structure by information entropy method through collecting water consumption form 1990 to 2005. Results showed that entropy value of water consumption system was 0.569 in 1990, and increased to 0. 667 in 2005; this indicate that water utilization structure in Yulin City has an disordered tendency, and the entropy is distinct in different areas. Six counties in southern part of Yulin City is higher than that in the northern part, and is related to economic structure. Six counties in southern part mainly depend on agriculture and their economic structure is relatively stable, while the six northern counties mainly engage in industrial sectors, resulting in great changes in the water using structure in agriculture and domestic life in the past years. Finally, according to the situation of water utilization in Yulin City, we put forward the regulating approaches of water conservation in southern and northern Yulin City through a wide range of instruments including institutional arrangements, legislation, adjustment of economic structure, water allocation between sectors, and improving public awareness, then to realize harmonious relationship between water, environment, ecology and human-being.关键词
