克林霉素致不良反应的分析
Domestic literature analysis about adverse reactions of Clindamycin
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the general regularity and the characteristics of the adverse reaction of Clindamycin and provide security references for clinical application.Methods To analyse and discuss the clinical manifestations of adverse reactions,serious adverse events,and the clinical application of Clindamycin security with classification statistics and analysis of 102 domestic literature reports about adverse reactions of Clindamycin for the past 5 years.Results 139 cases of adverse reactions in 147 times, involving 12 kinds organ or system damage, the top three were allergic reactions, urinary system damage and damage to the nervous system.Conclusions It should pay attention to serious adverse reactions of Clindamycin, strict indications, understand the patients allergic history and drug combination; It should prevent excessive doses,fluid drop too fast and too long in intravenous treatment,and intensive care in the course of medication.关键词
