我国部分地方鸡种COⅠ基因多态性及其分子系统进化研究
Genetic diversity and phylogenetic analysis of CO Ⅰ gene in some indigenous chicken breeds

Abstract
The CO Ⅰ gene in seven indigenous chicken breeds was amplified using PCR and sequencing. The sequences were analyzed to explore utility as DNA Bareoding for identifying these chicken breeds. The study revealed that there were 24 polymophic sites and 13 haplotypes in the CO Ⅰ gene, of which, 11 were special to seven chicken breeds. The special sites were found in each chicken breed which was the bases to identify chicken breeds.Kimura 2-parameter distance between the 7 chicken breeds was 0.001 81 --0.008 48. DNA taxonomy is consistent with morphological taxonomy among the seven chicken breeds. The phylogenetie relationships of the breeds can be well resolved by CO Ⅰ gene sequences.关键词
