美花石斛蔗糖合成酶活性动态研究
Dynamic Study on Sucrose Synthase Activity of Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to determine the variation of sucrose synthase activity in the leaves of Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe at different growth stages and under different treatments. [ Method ] Hormone ( 6-BA ) treatment ( hormone group ), specific light shines ( physical group) and conventional method( control group) were adopted to cultivate Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe, respectively. Moreover, blades were collected in three growth stages, namely, May and October of 2007 and January of the following year. Finally, the activity of sucrose synthase was determined by using colorimetric method. [ Result ] Among different treatment grouls, sucrose synthase activity in control group in May of 2007 was higher than hormone group and physical group; in contrast to October of 2007 and January of the following year, the control group was lower than hormone group and physical group. And among different treatments, October of 2007 was the lowest periods. The activity of sucrose synthase in manual intervention group changed obviously, thereinto, January of the following year was the highest periods and May of 2007 was the lowest periods. [ Conclusion ] The dynamic of sucrose synthase activity of Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe during different stages was discovered, what's more, manual intervention measures had remarkable influence on the activity of sucrose synthase.关键词
