SrWO4-ZnO复合物的制备及光致发光与光催化性质的研究
Photoluminescence and photocatalytic activities of SrWO4-ZnO compounds by solvent-thermal method

Abstract
Pure and SrWO4-ZnO composites were successfully prepared by solvent-thermal method, and also were characterized by XRD, TG, ICP, UV-Vis and PL spectra. The influence of ZnO amounts in the SrWO4-ZnO on the photocatalytic properties for methylene blue was investigated carefully. Moreover, the PL spectra, UV-Vis spectra and photocatalytic activities as well as the effeeting mechanism of SrWO4-ZnO were also discussed. The results showed that appropriate ZnO composited could cause the PL spectra intensity of SrWO4-ZnO composites decrease. When ZnO was 7%, the PL spectra intensity of SrWO4-ZnO was the lowest and the efficiency of photoeatalytic methylene blue solution was the highest. It was demonstrated that there was some relationship between PL spectra intensity and photocatalytic activity of the as-synthesized compound.关键词
