阴模透视法在柴油机机身铸造模具制造中的应用

摘要
Abstract
The diesel engine body castings are complex in shape and large in sizes with many dimension control for later finishing and assembling. Its pattern is difficult in manufacture owing to its large in size with bunch of core boxes and matching relations. It is difficult to ensure the casting dimension requirement and keep the strength of pattern in mass production by traditional way of pattern manufacturing. Based on long period of pattern manufacturing and production practice a newly developed concave projection method is proposed for pattern making which is proved by real practice that the castings produced by the new pattern are high in quality index and the patterns made in this way totally avoid the rejection of castings caused by unqualified patterns. The patterns made by new method can meet the casting dimension and shape and position tolerance requirements and possess high technical in pattern manufacturing.关键词
