Study on Hair Growth Effects in Rats of Compound Siyadan Tincture
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the roles of Compound Siyadan Tincture in hair growth in rats. Methods: After shaving the hairs of rats partly, the methods of own control to rats was used and different concentration of Compound Siyadan Tincture and control drug were administered partly on the back of the rats for 21 days continuously. Then using the length,weight and the number of the hair follicles as the targets, the effects of Compound Siyadan Tincture in promoting hair growth were studied. Results: The middle and high dose groups showed significant difference compared with 2％ minoxidiI(P＜0.05);each medication administration team showed significant difference compared with 95％ ethanol group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Compound Siyadan Tincture had a good effect in promoting the hair growth of rats.关键词
