The Effects of Pretreatment Acupoint Injection of Xiangdan Parenteral Solution at Neiguan (PC6) on fibrinolytic system t-PA、 PAI-1 in Acute Myocardial Ischemia Rats

Abstract
Objectives: Through injecting HongDan parenteral solution into Neiguan point of acute myocardial ischemia rats to understand how HongDan paremeral solution working on t-PA、 PAId activity of endothelium-dependent's fibrinolytic system. And to discuss the influence on fibrinolytic activity. Methods: SD rats were pretreated for 14 days by injection of HongDan parenteral solution into Neiguan point, before copying ischemia myocardial model and compare with the Acupoint injection group and the medicine group. Then the ischemia myocardial model was copyed by peritoneal subcutaneous injecting isoproterenol (ISO) . The myocardium pathomorphology was observed, the t-PA, PAI-1 protein of coronary artery blood vessel endothelium were detected by immunohistochemisty. Conclusions: Pretreatment of injecting HongDan parenteral solution into Neiguan point can raise the contents of t-PA and decrease the contents of PAI-1, and prevent the cardiac muscle of acute myocardial ischemia rats.关键词
