Investigation on tunnel-junction with wide band-gap for triple-junction GaAs solar cell
摘要
Abstract
The tunnel-junction should be a key factor for performace of a tamdem triple-junctin solar cell.Due to some practical abnormal characteristics, the influence of disorder micro-structure of GaInP2 on AlCaAs/ GaInP2 tunnel-juction was simulated and discussed.Consequently, a improved performance of triple-junction solar cell could be brought on by the perferable tunnel-juction.关键词
