摘要

Abstract

The V-trough concentrating PV system has been designed.Experimental investigations of system performance with the polysilicon solar cell array and the Super cell array have been carried out.The results indicate that the maximum output power of 10 pieces of the polysilicon solar cell array is 6.198W, which is 1.21 times as that of non-concentrating condition.The maximum output power of the Super cell array is 14.223W which is nearly double to 7.834W.The influences of the open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, output power and Fill Factor with cell temperature of the polysilicon solar cell array based on the V-trough concentrating system under water cooling condition have been analyzed.The maximum output power of the polysilicon solar cell array increases from 6.198W to 8.28W with growth rate 62.67%.
