补肾活血化瘀验方治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究

Abstract
Objectives: To probe the therapeutic effect of prescription of Bu-shen-huo-xue-hua-yu (BSHXHY) primarily for treatment of vascular dementia (VD) . Method: 40 patients of VD were selected according to the diagnostic standard. We treated 25 patients by BSHXHY and Acetamide Pyrrolidone, compared with Acetamide Pyrrolidone for 15 patients. Observed the therapeutic effect of symptoms. Result: After two months, the therapeutic effect and cure excellent rate of the treat group were better than control group (P < 0. 05) . We analyzed the symptoms. It suggested that the treat group was better than the control group, there were very significam differences (P < 0.01 ) . Conclusion: Prescription BSHXHY had certain the therapeutic effect for the light and midrange VD belongs to “deficiency of kidney and obstruction of the brain due to Qi and blood stasis” in TCM. It eould decrease symptoms.关键词
