重要食用林产品中农药多残留快速检测方法的研究
Quick detection of pesticide multi-residue in important silvan foods
摘要
Abstract
A method for detecting 34 pesticide residues in eatable silvan foods by SIM-GC-MS was devel oped, based on the modified QuEchERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe) for sample preparation.The fortified recoveries of 34 pesticides have a range from 71.9% to 112.5% and the RSD( relative standard deviation) of 0.5% - 18.5% in bamboo shoots, and with recoveries of 70.1% - 122.8% and RSD of 1.7% - 18.9% in mushroom. The method consumes about 1.5 to 2 h for a sample preparation, and its fortified recoveries, RSD are all according with the pesticide multi-residue's demands.关键词
