This paper researches the current situation of intellectual property protection, and analyzes invention patents, utility model patents and appearance design patent correlated with silk in 2001-2008.It discusses the total distribution, application subject and the characteristic of regional distribution, and mainly introduces the distribution of three kinds patent in Zhejiang province.关键词
