Jack椎体扩张器在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折中的初步临床应用
Preliminary clinical practice of Jack dilator kyphoplasty for the osteoporosis compression fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of Jack dilator kyphoplasty(DKP)for osteoporosis compression fracture. Methods Eighteen vertebraes from eighteen cases were received DKP. The visual analogue scales(VAS) score, Oswestry disability index(ODI) ,the mean anterior height and kyphosis Cobb'sangle were determined before and after operation or at follow - up.Results Obvious back pain relief in all patients after operation was noted. No intraoperative complications were documented except bone cement leakage laterally in 1vertebrae. The average operation time was (46.8 ± 5.3) min, bleeding volume was(28.0 ± 3.4) mL and injecting volume of cement was (5.8 ± 0.6) mL. The VAS score was (8.3 ± 1.1) before operation and decreased to( 1.9 ± 0.8) one week after operation( P＜0.01 ). The ODI score was (69.6 ± 5.3)％ before operation and decreased to ( 19.1 ± 1.8) ％ one week after operation( P ＜ 0.01 ). The mean anterior height was (16.9±3.2) mm before operation which increased to (25.4±2.9) mm one week after operation(P＜0.01 ). The kyphosis Cobb's angle was ( 18.6 ± 6.4)° before operation and decreased to (9.3 ± 6.2)° one week after operation(P＜0.01 ). Conclusion As a new medical device, DKP has the effect of restoring vertebral height, correcting kyphosis Cobb's angle and good pain relief.关键词
