南沙参中多糖的含量测定
Content Determination of Polysaccharide in Radix Adenophorae

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of polysaccharides in Radix Adenophorae.METHODS: The polysaccharide was isolated and extracted from Radix Adenophorae by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The standard curve of polysaccharide from Radix Adenophorae was prepared with glucose as control. The content of polysaccharide was determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method at detection wavelength of 625 nm. RESULTS: The content of polysaccharide from Radix Adenophorae was 38.5％ with average recoveries of 101.4％. RSD was 2.83％ (n=6). CONCLUSION: Anthrone-sulfuric acid method is simple, accurate and stable for the content determination of polysaccharide from Radix Adenophorae.关键词
