级差最大的人的全面发展评价模型及省份实证
The Evaluation Model of Human All-Round Development Based on Level Difference Maximization and Its Empirical Study on Provinces

Abstract
According to the connotation of insisting on human-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, this paper constructs the comprehensive human all-round development evaluation index system.It determines the optimal weights of indicators by combining standard deviation method, Gl method and entropy weight method using level difference maximization.The contribution characteristics lie in three aspects.First, having evaluated the social development, ecological environment and human capital, the index system reflects the basic requirements of the harmony between man and nature.Second, using the maximum deviation between the adjusted score of targeted evaluation object and the mean score of m objects to determine the final optimal weight, the method can solve the problem of difference of results caused by different methods.The result reflects that the major factors that affect the evaluation of human all-round development are the number of lawyers per 10 thousand persons, safe water resource per capita, rural employment rate, where the proportion of tertiary industry to CDP, life expectancy at birth, and the success rate of three waste disposal have less effect.关键词
