氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗胃溃疡伴抑郁症的临床研究
Clinical research on treatment of stomach ulcer accompanied with depression by Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets in treatment of stomach ulcer accompanied with depression. Methods Hamiltion Depression Scale(HAMD) score was used to evaluate 121 stomach ulcer patients with suspicious depression;among them 78 patients whose scores were ≥20 points received deanxit or doxepin for a eight week therapeutic period. After the treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed, compared and reevaluated with the HAMD scale. Results The therapeutic effects of the two groups were both significant(P＜0.05). The efficacy between these two groups showed statistically significant difference(P＜0.05) ;while there were little side effects in Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets group. Conclusion Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets is effective, safe and takes into effect fasr with fewer side effects for the treatment of stomach ulcer accompanied with depression.关键词
