猪附红细胞体病治疗试验
Treatment Experiment of Swine Eperythrozoonosis

Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the main features of swine eperythrozoonosis and treatment and provide a reference for prevention and control of swine eperythrozoonosis. [Method] All the swine were divided into three experimental groups and one control group, 30 head/group. Microscopic examination of red blood cells, bilirubin metabolism test and diminazene and doxycycline treatment were performed, successively. [ Result] The red blood cells of affected swine were around the spiny or irregular shapes, and showed irregular movement Free live Eperythrozoon could be seen in the plasma. After treatment, free Eperythrozoon disappear. TBIL and IBIL of affected swine significantly increased after treatment, the treatment group and control group were significantly different ( P <0.05 ), and TBIL of diminazene group were significantly different with that of doxycycline group (P<0.05 ). Meanwhile, the IBIL reduced to the normal range (3.51 μmol/L) in doxycycline group. [ Conclusion] Swine eperythrozoonosis can cause IBIL significantly higher. Doxycycline and diminazene have a better therapeutic effect.关键词
