人NIRF蛋白与HBV核心蛋白相互作用的初步研究
Preliminary Study on the Interaction Between Human NIRF Protein and HBV Core Protein
摘要
Abstract
The interaction between human NIRF protein and HBV core protein in vivo is not clear now.The plasmid of pcDNA3-HBC was contructed. It was performed with the technology of co-transfection and co-expression of genes. The immunofluorescence assay was used to find out the co-localization of NIRF and HBc. Co-immunoprecipitation was also used to further certify the experimental result. The results showed that NIRF can bind to HBc in vivo.关键词
