Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the pharmacoeconomic efficacy of 3 types of drugs for acute ischemic stroke.METHODS: 95 patients with acute ischemic stroke were administered with batroxobin(defibrase group), argatroba(anticoagulant group),alteplase (thrombolysis group).Cost-minimization analysis was applied to analyze the therapeutic effects and costs.RESULTS: The total costs of 3 groups were 13 098.27 yuan, 15 477.96 yuan and 21 040.86 yuan, respectively (P＜0.05).The total effective rates were 88.89％, 85.00％ and 94.74％ (P＞0.05).CONCLUSION: In terms of pharmacoeconomics, defibrase group is superior to other 2 groups.关键词
