Effects of matrix on analysis of organophosphorus pesticide residue in pear and apple by gas chromatographic methods

Abstract

Fifteen kinds of organophosphorus pesticide standard mixture solution was confected in acetone,pear matrix and apple matrix, respectively. The organophosphorus pesticides were detected by GCFPD and the response values were compared. The values were corrected by matrix-matched standard curve and the results were compared as well, which was used to explore the matrix effect on organophosphorus pesticide determination. The results showed that the 15 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides had different levels of matrix effects, and methamidophos, acephate, and omethoate had stronger matrix effects. The same pesticide in pear and apple had different matrix effects, different varieties of pear and apple had different matrix effects; Different pesticides in the same pear and apple had different matrix effects;The matrix-matched standard curve could decrease matrix effects on organophosphorus pesticide determination. As the concentration of detection increased, the matrix effect decrease gradually.
