The association study between the CCND1 G870A polymorphism and the risk of lung cancer: a meta-analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the association between the cyclin D1 (CCND1) G870A polymorphism and lung cancer susceptibility. Methods CMB databases and PubMed were searched to get all the case - control studies on the association between the G870A polymorphism and lung cancer risk. In addition, OR with the association was from the Meta- analysis. Heterogeneity,stratified analysis, and publication bias test were assessed in the meta- analysis. Using fixed model or random model to analyze the results. Results A total of eight eligible studies with 4,747 lung cancer cases and 4,512 control subjects were included in this study. The G870A polymorphism was associated with lung caner risk in the dominant model (OR = 1.12, 95 ％ CI = 1.02 ～ 1.23 ), and this increased risk was more pronounced among Caucasians. Conclusion The CCND1 G870A polymorphism may contribute to lung cancer risk, especially among Caucasians.关键词
