Abstract
After years of rapid economic growth, Shenzhen is now facing the challenge of resource constraints. This situation forces Shenzhen to choose a new pathway for urban development. By focusing on urban transitions, the new city master plan of Shenzhen tries to innovate in terms of the concepts and methods of planning, including planning objectives, spatial structure, land use strategy and public policy system. It is expected that the reinvented master plan will facilitate urban transformations.关键词
